They employ very astute individuals that are friendly, knowledgeable, caring and ready to answer any questions about your insurance needs. You won't regret your decision to come here for all of your insurance concerns. As of 8/15/24 Shannon no longer works at this location. She has moved on due to having discrepancies with her pay or lack of receiving the appropriate amount due to her! So she is working remotely for an agent out of state."

"I’d like to thank State Farm and my agent Hannah ,she was very kind and respectful ,professional. Also she did everything that I was asking and I just wanted to say what a great agent she is and thank you respectfully Pamela G. Hannah was a great agent and I standby what I said about her as far as this place I learned a month later that they terminated me. When I called, nobody had an answer of why they gave me this number to call and when I called that number they didn’t understand why they wanted me to even call them that they said I needed to talk to somebody at the agency. Well, I called back there again, waiting to speak to Arnold who I’ve never got to speak toYet Did not get a phone call back. So now what I have to say is the agents are great but the owner who runs it or whoever runs it does not do their job. I am going to be 60 some years old. I’ve had one ticket no accidents but yet they terminated me. I am waiting on an explanation and I’m sure it will not be received by the manager or the owner or whoever runs that place. The agents and all the gals that I talk to their wonderful and great my recommendation for you ladies are find another place to work."
